Hi, I’m Gaby.
I’ve never been the “calm yoga type.”
My life has always been quite fast.
Working in IT and sales, traveling a lot, carrying responsibility – and spending most of my time in my head.
Little routine, constant movement.
And honestly,
I could never imagine just sitting still and meditating.

How yoga worked for me
Yoga didn’t start as something calm for me.
It started as movement.
That got me started.
Movement that brought me back into my body.
Movement that didn’t require me to slow down immediately – but allowed me to feel again.
For me, it was
meditation in motion.
And that simply worked.
What changed over time
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years
At first, it was just a way to balance things out.
But over time, something shifted.
More calm.
More clarity.
More awareness of my body.
Practices like Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga showed me what it actually means to let go.
Not by doing more – but by doing less.
How I teach today
Today, I teach in the way I once needed myself:
simple,
calm,
and grounded.
I combine
- Yin Yoga
- Restorative Yoga
- Hatha Yoga
- and somatic approaches
It’s not about doing things perfectly.
It’s about reconnecting with your body.
Especially if you’re used to being busy, thinking a lot and rarely slowing down.

A part of my life: being on the road
I feel most at home when I’m on the road in my van –
close to nature, simple and free.
That sense of simplicity flows into my teaching
Yoga doesn’t need much.
No perfect setup.
No perfect body.

I feel most at home when I’m on the road in my van
simple, outdoors, and with the same sense of calm I share in my classes.
What matters to me
I want to create a space where you can:
- slow down in your own way
- reconnect with your body
- move without pressure
- simply be

mufabmo stands for change through movement.
Yoga didn’t start for me with stillness.
It started with movement.
And that’s exactly where I meet you.
