Fridays 17:30 hrs to 18:45 hrs
Slow movement combined with breath. Ideal for beginners and anyone reconnecting with their body.

Deep Reset: Yin, Restore & Release
Mondays at 8 pm
A calm and deeply relaxing practice to help you release tension – physically and mentally. This creates space to let go, soften and reconnect with yourself.

I teach yoga in a calm, clear and attentive way, with space for each individual.
It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and find your own way in the practice.
My classes are intentionally simple and give you space to arrive – physically and mentally.
